Double stepper motors drive for the perfect coherent movements
The bottom stepper motor controls the double knives thread trimmer and presser foot lifter, and the right side stepper motor controls the stitch
distance and reverse stitch. The computer control technology integrates every function of the sewing machine, and realize the perfect coherent
movements.

Due to the perfect coherent movements, it requires a very short thread head at the needle at the sewing starting, which significantly reduces the bird nest on the bottom side. The double knives thread trimmer is very stable, and it makes the ending with Max. 3 mm thread head, which realize the
beautiful sewing quality.
Stepping motor electronic stitch length control:
The stitch height of reverse stitching and
normal stitching are aligned.
Oil tank design:
Sealed oil tank to avoid fabric from grease
and to reduce noise when machine operates.
Low noise:
With optimized internal design and with stepping motor without bearing, DL7200D-NM1/NH1 is quiet when reverse feeding, presser foot lifting, and trimming.
