Based on a pneumatic tape guide and a tubular extending roller set, with advanced functions such as automatic tape alignment and automatic joint-seam positioning, which reduce material loading time by 90%.
1.Automatically detect the collar seam using a sensor to shorten the rib marking time.
2.Tubular tension control system avoids puckering.

Circular collar & Waistband Attaching Device
1.Pneumatic fabric guide set holds the neckband’s right and left side.
With tubular extending roller set, the neckband tape can move forward stably so that operators can focus on fabric control, which improves the efficiency and reduces the difficulty of sewing operation.
2.The alignment device makes fabric edge aligned,shift-free during sewing.
