Business Activities of Each Department

The Audit Committee

Assisting the Board in fulfilling its responsibility to oversee the quality and integrity of the Company’s execution of accounting, auditing, financial reporting processes and financial controls.

Remuneration Committee

Assisting the Board to fulfill and assess the company payment, benefit policy, the payment of the Board and manager.

Sustainable Development Committee

As the company’s ESG decision-making center, it is composed of one director, the President, and three senior executives. Together, they formulate the company’s corporate social responsibility and sustainability directions and objectives, and develop related management policies and specific implementation plans.

The Audit Room

Responsible for the planning, executing, and tracking of internal audits, as well as providing analysis, evaluation and other recommendations.

Sustainable Business Division

1. Responsible for business decisions, production and sales coordination, quality management, organizational and talent development, and marketing planning.
2. Serving as the Executive Secretary of the Sustainability Development Committee, responsible for implementing the sustainability-related plans formulated by the Committee, and acting as the company’s dedicated unit for sustainability development.

General Administration Division

1. Strategy planning, execution and supervision, human resource management, organizational development and planning, as well as the construction, development, and management of the company’s various information systems and equipment. Annual budget planning and handling of financial, accounting, tax, and other operations.
2. Provide the Board of Directors and Independent Directors with the necessary information for executing business tasks, assist them in complying with laws and regulations, and manage related matters for board meetings and shareholder meetings in accordance with the law.

R&D Division

New product research and development, production technology and product design business.

Manufacturing Division

Product manufacturing management.

Sales Division

Responsible for the marketing and business management.
