The company presents an intellectual property management plan every year, which is approved by the board of directors. The plan aims to continuously improve and optimize the company’s intellectual property management on an annual basis.

In order to strengthen the intellectual property-related functions of company personnel, SiRUBA provides intellectual property-related education and training for R&D and intellectual property personnel every year to strengthen the company’s intellectual property protection awareness and capabilities.
In addition, in order to encourage all employees to actively innovate, apply for patents and actively promote company patents (including patent applications) to improve the company’s competitiveness, a patent-related reward system has been established to reward innovation by colleagues and recognize those
who have contributed to the company’s intellectual property rights.
