1971
Launched the industrial portable bag closer machine.
1981
Launched industrial ultra high-speed serged edge overlock machines.
1991
Launched industrial 3-needle series products (interlock sewing machines).
1994
Launched 4 and 12-needle cylinder bed chain stitch machines (the VC008 series).
Passed ISO-9002 International QA System Certification performed by the Bureau of Commodity Inspection and Quarantine.
1996
All products passed for the CE Marking in the European Economic Area.
Launched 4-needle double chainstitch machine (the HF008 series).
1997
Launched small cylinder interlock stitch machines (the S007 series).
Earned the Certificate of Excellence symbolizing superior quality of manufacturing in Taiwan from the Minister of Economic Affairs.
Kaulin Mfg. Co., Ltd. of Shen-Zhen was invested.
1999
SiRUBA Ltd. stock went to public trading on June 2nd.
Launched single-needle flatbed lockstitch machines (the L818 series), post bed overlock machines (the P700 series), and the R700 series.
The Certificate of “Good Design” was granted to the overlock machine by the China External Trade Development Council.
2002
Received the certificate of registration for the new ISO 9001:2000.
2005
To expand our operations in China, establish Kaulin Machinery & Electronic industrial (Ningbo) Co., Ltd.
Retail department was established in Taipei.
2007
Granted Branding Taiwan’s “Taiwan Superior Brands” Award, by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
2009
Introduced product data management (PDM) and conglomerate business intelligence (BI) platform.
2011
Was awarded the “Top one hundred of Taiwan brands”.
2013
Purchased a new plant in Taoyuan, aiming the production of high-quality products and some improvement.
Kaulin Foundation was established.
2014
“Sewing Automation Department” was established.
2015
Launched “ASP-EBJ100” and various automatic sewing machines.
2017
Launched 700L, the overlock/safety stitch machine which compiles SiRUBA’s finest overlock know-how.

First year of SiRUBA ICT Customer Service Platform Development and Implementation.
