Cutter Sensor
PNEUMATIC TYPE TAPE/ THREAD CUTTER
Advanced sensor inspects the completion of sewing work and initiates cutting without time lag. ECA is pneumatic type,and ECB is electric type, compatible with air suction slot, which makes the operation more smoothly.
Adjustable sensor device For special fabrics such as mesh yarn and strong reflective mercerized
cotton, professional electric control program is adopted, which can easily sew and complete thread trimming without causing cutting mistake.

The button of manual cutter Manual trimming compensation stitch button: If the thread was
not cut due to the operation, it can be done by using manual cutter button.
Automatic presser foot lifter When the foot pedal is stepped back – the presser foot will raise.It can provide convenience for operation, reduces unnecessary physical exertion, and doubles theprocessspeedand multiplied output.

Computerized system drives sensor-controlled energy saving device. Electric eye (sensor) checks the fabric edge. Turn the button of control box to set the time of air suction of chain-cutter. It saves the energy consuming of air VTE-U CTE-U compressor system and also saves thread consuming.
