Together, they formulate the company\u2019s corporate social responsibility and sustainability directions and objectives, and develop related management policies and specific implementation plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Audit Room<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Responsible for the planning, executing, and tracking of internal audits, as well as providing analysis, evaluation and other recommendations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sustainable Business Division<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responsible for business decisions, production and sales coordination, quality management, organizational and talent development, and marketing planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serving as the Executive Secretary of the Sustainability Development Committee, responsible for implementing the sustainability-related plans formulated by the Committee, and acting as the company\u2019s dedicated unit for sustainability development.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General Administration Division<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strategy planning, execution and supervision, human resource management, organizational development and planning, as well as the construction, development, and management of the company&#8217;s various information systems and equipment.
